Chair Yoga

This form of yoga is a great alternative option from other forms of yoga as it is all performed while sitting in a chair.  It is mellow paced with low impact on your body, beginning with breathing exercises then easing into body stretches that promote blood flow and reduce tension on many parts of the body.
